25. July 2019NEW PRODUCTS from Storch Spätlese Rot
25. September 2019Now available in a cheerfully youthful design: the new Servus 5% - developed by Lenz Moser to address the wish of many wine connoisseurs for a low-alcohol wine. This may be an absolute novelty, but even true wine gourmets are promised sheer indulgence.
Wine with a low alcohol content is enjoying a surge in popularity, a trend long observed by the Lenz Moser oenologist team led by Michael Rethaller. In keeping with its visionary spirit, the wine producer set out to create a wine that would embody the specifications of a ‘low alcohol wine’ as closely as possible. The result was Servus 5% – a wine setting new standards in the light wines genre, offering a full-bodied taste at just five percent by volume.
Future-focused pioneers
Thanks to a philosophy based on a clear rationale and a steady stream of carefully considered innovations, Lenz Moser has earned the trust of customers for decades. The Rohrendorf winery picked up on the trend towards lighter wines as early as 1999 and the Pfiffikus brand (just 10% vol.) has been synonymous with a lighter drinking experience ever since. So much so that it has been imitated many times. Now Servus 5% heralds a new era: with such a low alcohol content, this product of forward-looking pioneers is unique to the market.
100 percent Austrian
Servus 5% is exclusively made from Austrian grapes. A special process reduces the alcohol content to five percent by volume, without otherwise affecting the character of the wine. Servus 5% is aimed at all wine connoisseurs whose preference is for a low-alcohol wine promising a stylish experience.
